Vulcan Silver vs Varicose Ulcers

Some time ago we were approached by someone who knew about an elderly gentleman in a homeless shelter who had varicose ulcers that had become gangrenous and septic. The smell had become so bad that his wife could no longer share a bed with him, he couldn't wear shoes, was on crutches and had been put on the amputation list at his local government hospital.
